August 31, 2021 - Tubulus has it right. Apples and lemons and wet stone when opened, but a strange flavor becomes more dominant after being decanted for an hour or so.

For me, it was an overpowering aroma and flavor of roast corn. And a hint of mouse. So there you go. Corn mouse.

    Medium body, good acid though!

July 6, 2021 - Fun to try, dry in a waxy way, nutty, golden apple and sour apple, fresh earth, light spice, dried almond in the finish. Medium length and complexity.

June 10, 2021 - Nice when it was opened. High acid, lemon and apple. Slightly weird smoky finish. An hour later that finish became overwhelming, a dead ringer for the dry aged scent you get when you throw a Flannery adventurous blend burger on the grille - .great in a burger, not so much in a wine.

June 10, 2021 - Urtepreget duft, litt epleskrott, nøtter. Minner litt om Jura. Fyldig frukt og fin syre. Distinkt preg av krydderkake i ettersmaken. Deilig vin.

August 30, 2020 - Medium gold in colour. Something a little musky here, ripe quince, grapefruit and strawberry in the mouth, some orange peel, then a very particular aftertaste that I can’t put my finger on, like soft nut, earthy and musky. Good acidity. Quite individual, went well with the freshwater trout.
