  January 2, 2022 - Big, bold, unapologetic Napa Cab. Deep bull’s blood in the glass.
  
  Powerful and direct on the nose with herb notes of oregano and basil, menthol tobacco, vanilla and a core of black plum and cassis.
  
  Full-bodied with rich texture, unrelenting, astringent tannins and hot alcohol.
  
  Flavours are well matched to the nose with good length. Astringency noticeable on the finish.
  
  This will be better in time.
