October 28, 2022 - Dryness and acidity, with lemon and ginger notes made this well suited for pairing with sushi. Which I did. Yum.

October 21, 2022 - Seemed a little tight, with a light pretty nose of lemon apple and a little brioche. Palate had good intensity and balance but lacking a bit in length and complexity. Still very good, great with quesadillas.
