April 23, 2020 - Grass, honey, and straw. Green pear and juicy apricots. Great balance of fruit and herbs. Acidity medium +, alcohol medium -, medium body. Very tasty! Paired this with vietnamese summer noodle dish - Bun thit nuong with shrimp!
