August 10, 2020 - South Africa Masterclass with Gabrielskloof and Spioenkop (Zoom): Pale lemon, fine beads, star bright. Lemon and hay aromas, as well as a whitish floral feel. Bright acids, creamy mousse, big sharp lemon flavours, and an almond feel, and then the lemons gain some ripeness and sweet creaminess towards the back, to a fairly long finish. Nice!
