Community Tasting Notes 1

August 21, 2021 - Semi-sparkling with medium mousse that lasts...a short while. Deep gold color that is a touch cloudy in the glass. Nose of ripe/bruised apple (often a sign of a natural wine to me), fresh lemon, and some salinity. The palate is medium-full with good acidity, more bruised apple, and a Medium-short aftertaste. I really like many natural wines while absolutely disliking others. This one seems to lie somewhere in between. While I think wine geeks like myself will find some redeeming characteristics in this wine, I fear the general wine-drinking public will not. O will not purchase this again.
