Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Bearbus Likes this wine:

December 7, 2019 - Dark, concentrated, minerally (rock/petrichor-laden) fruit, charred capsicum, dark sour fruit, warm scrub, almost a tea-tree/menthol hint, almost an animal hint, banana pith, subtle and hard to pin down this nose! Very fine tannins that are also very drying, tobaccco leaves, scrub oils, very front-forward, the back palate/finish is a little empty and lacking. Overall, very nice
