March 18, 2012 - Nothing special on the nose, just dark fruit, but on the palate this showed as lovely sweet black cherry, with pepperiness on the finish. smoot,h soft tannins. Very enjoyable, eaten with a steak

December 3, 2011 - Écoutez, une autre découverte qui m'impressionne surtout lorsque l'on considère le rapport qualité-prix. Ce vin est généreux pour les sens olfactifs, émet des belles senteurs vanillées et un bouquet de mûres et de fruits exotiques. En bouche, il transcende les goûts de caramel, de butter scotch, d'herbes basilics et de fruits confits. Un véritable petit bijou en gardant à l'esprit son petit prix.

June 20, 2009 - very dark purple. first night detected the herbiness on the nose, made me think basil. also dark fruit but could not identify. 2nd night picked up the mint, then licorice, then slight plum. very good casual dinner wine.
