September 29, 2021 - Ouvert et bu, très jeune évidemment!
Belle robe rubis, arômes de framboises, de fraises et ensuite de fumée.
En bouche, vraiment bien vinifié, l’élevage n’est jamais lourd, l’extraction est juste, bel équilibre, vieillira bien mais très bon à déguster dès maintenant.
