April 19, 2022 - I bought this one along with an Argentinean Malbec to introduce my friend to some single varieties as he's developed an interest in wine and port. Didn't expect too much, but was pretty confident it would be a good example of the two grapes tasted side by side.

The Colour is deep dark ruby with no signs of aging (still a young wine). Slightly clear on the rim.
The nose is plums and dark red berries. Muted out of the bottle but opens up with some air.
The palate is surprisingly fleshy. Lots of fruit. Soft yet with decent acidity.
Medium finish - a lot longer than expected with a bottle of wine at this price (on sale for 39DKK/6$US).
    Great QPR
I wouldn't be afraid of storing it for a couple of years.
