July 29, 2015 - Deep gold color. Not as oxidized on the palate. Apples, honey, and slightly sweet finish.

August 30, 2014 - Nose of apple and melon. Apple pie and pear on palate, floral honey, toasted marshmellow and a touch of anise. Long finish. Great balance, only slightly sweet. Very nice mouthfeel; not at all heavy, thick or cloying. An unbelievable bargain at $14.

April 20, 2012 - Off dry. A tad simple - but good core of fruit and acidity. Perhaps needs age or food ... but seemed basic.

November 7, 2010 - Ok just not my style a bit. noble rot on the pallet not enough acid for me but may just be the style of layon.
