February 25, 2013 - May have held on to this one a bit too long. Color is a brownish garnet, or maybe a garnetish brown. Nose has faded substantially; smells like an old Cab. Tastes like raspberry tea. Could see it adding something to a stew, but the enjoyment from drinking is gone. I see another beef stew in my future.

June 5, 2011 - Substantial drop-off from the last bottle I had. Storage has been proper, cork was intact, but the wine was beginning to develop port-like aromas.

April 5, 2010 - Definitely a meaty, tannic wine that is showing well right now, but can probably last on the shelf for a bit longer

February 17, 2010 - There is something funky about the aroma. Drank half last night, will drink the rest tomorrow night. Not scored, but not yet impressed.

December 25, 2009 - Christmas 2009; 12/24/2009-12/26/2009: Big, red meaty wine. Intense round fruit. Blueberry and chocolate and just a great little overall wine. Layers of flavor and a decent finish.
