January 5, 2020 - Essentially colourless. Pleasant, fairly light nose of pure elderflower. Plenty more of this on the palate, a little juicy white grape and peach fruit, adequate acidity and a little sweetness. Pleasant enough, a bit more body than some alcohol-free wines.
