May 20, 2023 - Easily the best Bordeau Blanc-styled wine I've had. And please, I'm not anti French wine. Red Burgundy and white and red Rhone wines kill US offerings. What makes this US Bordeau-styled white so appealing is the sweetness. Yes, sweetness. No, this isn't a sweet wine, yet there has to be some residual sugar in this.
Whatever, here's something that really struck me as odd. I put a half of a 750 in the fridge for 2 days and it turned cloudy. Really cloudy. Yet with no loss of enjoyment. Not sure what happened there; like some lees cloudiness suddenly reappeared. Ok. So what. This remains a special wine and onr I highly recommend.

December 15, 2022 - light yellow color, soaring delicate nose of pears and white pebbles, on the palate a fine and broad impact of slightly sweet melon leading into a grand array of tropical fruits- passionfruit, dragonfruit and a hint of lychee- and then finally lime and creamy acids on the beautiful finish, refreshing and most distinct- a bit like Ygrec though more fruit driven, worth seeking out.

    ***+, ready to drink

October 23, 2022 - Large and complex, but not at all lacking in brightness. Dragonfruit, mango, brioche, and marzipan--long, long finish. Noticeable malo/oak component as the wine warmed up, but always balanced. Brought a smile to my face.

Not sure how this will develop with age, but it's rocking right now.
