February 17, 2021 - Clear light straw yellow. Has a clean appearance with slightly toasted oak, green soap, and eventually some candyfloss. Trembling high acidity. Significant taste of citrus, but it calms down with aeration, and gradually gets more rounded and pleasantly sweet floral flavors.
