May 15, 2022 - - Yellow gold color - Voor mijn gevoel is deze wijn er over heen. Hij heeft niet meer die overweldigende frisheid. Is ook donkerder geel geworden wordt wellicht duidt op een beetje oxidatie.

Fulsome body, balanced length with a fine more-some finish.
Certainly could take quite a bit more bottle age as the excellent acidity rope-a-dopes perfectly with the still fresh complex green, citrus and stone fruits. Yummy.

This is delicious, cool, quite complex, and nicely balanced.
Worked nicely with Jambalaya.
