Blueberry, tobacco, and charred oak. While juicy it's still coiled up. Tannins are aggressive and engaging. This will cellar for another 30 years.

September 13, 2023 - An exceptional petite Syrah. Decanted for 30 minutes. Full bodied, nicely structured with good balance and chewy. Dark fruits with cherries, vanilla, oak and tobacco. While this is drinking beautifully now, it will continue for years to come. Wish I had more of this.

July 5, 2023 - Wonderfully singing - everything was open and the fruit and tannin mix was just about perfect. As good as it is now, I believe it will only get more nuanced with time.
