March 28, 2020 - Frisk på lukt (og lukter ikke gjær). Fersk, tørr, med hint av eple. God nå, men tåler lagring. Til apertif, men enda bedre til mat; både skinke, lyst kjøtt og ost.
March 17, 2020 - Grønne epler og pære. Ren frukt med en litt bitter bismak. Tørr utgang med ok lengde.
