April 16, 2021 - Drank with chicken in mustard cream spring garlic sauce, fried brown rice w ramps, sugar snap peas w pine nuts. a good match for all the flavors. Great nose and body

September 29, 2020 - Really liked this. Tasted blind and called Riesling. Texturally very smooth and a creamy aspect to the texture. Light yellow in color, tons of acidity and freshness. Perfect drinking on a warm day and very versatile with lots of foods. Loved this.
