🍇Grape Variety: 97% Shiraz, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon
🍷Alcohol: ABV: 14.5%
💵Price: from friend’s cellar
👀Color: Medium-dark purple
👃Nose: Aromas of blackberry , mocha coffee, chocolate, pepper and spices.
👅Palate:
Full body and well structured. Medium to high tannin, became smooth 2 hours later. (in decanter) Long finish and delicate taste. Classic Australia Shiraz, still needs 5-10 years for further aging.

March 10, 2024 - Big, deep and powerful but well structured and totally delicious. Nice balance of fruit and savoury nuances. Layered and complex. Plums, berries and tar. Classic high quality Australian shiraz. Many years still in it.
