February 22, 2022 - Retail $25. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle. I have had a few bottles of this now, and while all of the previous bottles have been stellar, this one is less so. Not much fruit, a bit overly tart, and even a tad astringent, particularly on the finish. Me thinks it must be an aberration. Maybe?

February 13, 2022 - Retail $25. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle. I was at my local grocery store (I love my H-E-B) where the 2020 vintage of this wine was on sale. I bought a bunch and decided that it might be time to go through the last few bottles of the 2019. I really liked it nine months ago, and nothing has really changed; great fruit, fantastic acidity, and a really lovely mouthfeel. The price has inched up over the last six months but this is still a good bargain at the $17 I pay at my local store (I love my H-E-B).

September 26, 2021 - A well made rose. Peach dominant nose, well balanced and good acidity and food friendly. Surprisingly goes very well with Japanese curry (Vermont curry).
September 4, 2021 - I'm absolutely no big fan of rosé, but this is one that I really liked.
Didn't take notes, however, so therefore also no rating. Just enjoyed it in my garden, enjoying the sun :-)
Will buy more of this
September 2, 2021 - Compared to the last bottle, this seems much more developed/aged. Light summer fruit but a bit of sweetness ala caramel. Acidity not as harmonious as in the past. This is great rose.
August 25, 2021 - In the sweet spot for drinking now, my last bottle of 6. They all showed better about an year after release.
August 6, 2021 - Another good bottle. I found this to be exceedingly dry this time.
July 11, 2021 - We kicked off the 19th Virtual Wine Tasting with this French rosé, served at room temp and chilled for comparison. The wine is a lovely pale orange in the glass. The tasters found aromas and flavors of apricot, almond, tangerine, strawberry, citrus, marzipan and pink grapefruit. The chilled version was more intense with peach, quince, citrus, honeysuckle and green pear on the nose and peach, rhubarb (?), orange and crab apples on the palate. We felt the wine was a touch sour with a bitter aftertaste. The room temp version had medium acidity whilst the chilled one was more acidic. Overall I give the wine 88 points. Drink now with smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail or a salad Nicoise. At $20 per, it gets 3 stars from me.

June 26, 2021 - From a pretty magnum like it should be.
Pretty rose, a touch richer than the normal Provence rose and shows in the colour too. Soft confectionery edge too but really a very good bottle and definitely has a bit of a star factor that adds to the occasion and enjoyment for sure. 90
