  August 10, 2020 - Une robe couleur abricot, légèrement trouble, mais pas des plus saturées.
  Des arômes très intrigants venant du cépage Debina: cantaloup, noix de Grenoble et pêche miellée, un peu de funk nature à côté aussi... accompagnés d'odeurs classiques d'agrumes (ici particulièrement orange/citron) en arrière-plan.
  En support, une touche de résine. Acidité légère et une finale moyenne.
  
  Manque de concentration et d'intensité en bouche, mais garde tout de même un équilibre adéquat. Certainement un vin Orange créatif venant de la Grèce.
  Permet d'explorer et de connaître un raisin indigène assez rare et exotique.

  Apricot-colored, slightly hazy, not too intensely saturated.
  Interesting aromatics from the Debina varietal: cantaloupe, walnuts, and honeyed peach, a touch of funk to go along... with the classic citrus (orange/lemon) undertones.
  All supported by a resiny backdrop. Mild acidity on a medium finish.
  
  May lack density and intensity on the palate, but still adequately balanced and an original take on Orange wine from Greece.
  Good way to explore a rare and exotic grape.
