July 25, 2020 - A very nice Viré-Clessé. Light golden in color with all the attributes of a classic Mâcon: apples, sour milk (from malolactic), great acidity. A good buy if you're a Mâcon-head (like me).
February 2, 2020 - Aromas of Granny Smith apple, lime, wet stone and mineral. Flavors of mineral, apple, citrus and lime. Ends with a 10-15 second finish with mineral notes.
