March 13, 2024 - Served with Crab Linguini and roasted (cracked) crab. Really more balanced than expected. Agree with moderate long finish. Acidity is very nice and for me, not too much fruit. Paired well with crab after starting with a French burgundy (blanc). Probably not quite yet at peak but excellent now. Opened 1 hour before dinner. No decant.

March 10, 2024 - This just sits too heavy for me. Some decent fruit and certainly some oak, but a bit too austere for a Pinot. Felt a bit manipulated.

December 21, 2023 - Pure Pinot Noir strawberry jam fruit in the glass. It appears that Kosta Browne is now making their Sonoma Coast wines less extracted. While it is still a fruit bomb, it has an elegance to it that I have not seen before from this producer.
