    March 11, 2024 - Opened and poured.
Medium cherry colour. Excellent aroma of fresh red berry fruits, strawberries, a touch of eucalyptus. The palate shows mature fruit, perfect tannins, it's smooth and well balanced. Very good at 6 years from the vintage. Drink soon.

December 25, 2023 - Translucent rusty red. Raspberry, twigs, and cinnamon nose. Light to medium bodied, dirty strawberries, aged tart cherries, scattered tannins, good acid, leather, and a medium length finish. Well made but not a standout.

October 3, 2021 - Enjoyed this. Easy drinking. Good red fruits, cherry, plum and light leather and tobacco. Lingering sweetness a little cloying perhaps. Medium bodied, liked the tannins

January 26, 2021 - Pale ruby, nose of red cherry and a hint of mint leaf. The palate is pretty fresh, red cherry and nice balance but a little unexciting. Good value though.

November 24, 2020 - The Third Annual Blind Tasting of American Pinot Noir (My House, Houston, TX): Retail $22. A shade darker than “average” with a meaty, smoky nose. Somewhat remarkable as it smells a lot more like smoked baby back ribs than it does Bing Cherry. That meatiness and smokiness persist on the palate. Very Good. 88 Points. thedrunkencyclist.com

October 6, 2020 - It smells like rose petals and pomegranate. It tastes like strawberry, black plum, cherry, raspberry, clove, mushroom, vanilla, toasty oak, gun smoke, and allspice. The body is light. The wine has high acidity.

September 28, 2020 - Received as a gift. Served with Braised Short Ribs. Crystal clear Garnet red on the pour. Cherries and some Oak on the Nose, with Cherry and hints of Plum on the palate. Wine is light bodied and 13.5% abv. Nicely balanced acid with subdued tannin; not especially complex, but a good accompaniment to the entrée. Short-to-medium finish. Well-crafted California Pinot Noir. 87 points. LIKE
