March 15, 2024 - Just stunning. Beautiful stoniness, light honey and acid. Really outstanding.

February 6, 2024 - To echo other notes from the last 6 months or so, this has entered a nice drinking window, with fruit, acidity, and oak melding more harmoniously than was the case a couple of years ago. This is a medium to light bodies wine with gentle, white-fruited texture on the palate, and fresh but not bracing acidity. Very fine right now.

December 15, 2023 - A great bottle, and as always with Kutch Chardonnay, this punched well above it's weight class. Jamie's chardonnays are one of the best values in the wine world.

September 20, 2023 - PnP. Aromas of Green apple, lemon, pineapple, peach, mineral and oak. Followed by lots of flavor with apple, citrus fruits and minerals. Light to medium oak shows up in a long smooth finish. Beautiful balance. There must be some bottle variance as this showed less oak than the bottle 1 month ago.

September 17, 2023 - This showed beautifully. A little oak continues to season the wine, adding some light toast. Pineapple, lemon curd and what I wrote down in my notes as a 'gorgeous texture'. Ripe but yet has a balanced expressive feel. My buddy Sean who was next to me commented about the flint in the finish, saying he consistently gets that in Trout Gulch. He's spot on with the descriptor. Like where this wine is at now and it's aging well.
