June 1, 2023 - Really excellent Amarone that has that animalistic/funky streak. The nose was expressive but the palate was where this wine really shone. Spicy dried fruits and earthiness with a ton of black licorice. I see the recommended drinking window is long but not sure this has the structure to go that much longer. I would drink sooner rather than later.

November 20, 2022 - 4 hour decant, lots of spice with dark fruit. No raisin note. Blind tasting and most people thought this was a Napa cab. Definitely not your typical amarone but I really enjoyed it and it was my 2nd place wine. At around 36$ this has a great qpr. It is drinking very well and shows no sign of being on the downside. Should last at least another 10 years. I would buy again.

June 11, 2021 - Opaque blue-red. Beautiful Amarone nose. Full-bodied with just the right amount of sweetness and soft tannins. Lovely to drink now but will improve. 15.5% alcohol.
