October 8, 2021 - Has some Serralunga iron to the aroma along with the most perfectly ripe cherry fruit and some aniseed spice. It is deep and unctuous in the mouth, but beautifully balanced, with an airy feel. Highly perfumed flavours build and unobtrusive structural elements carry the wine well after its swallowed.

February 4, 2020 - Tasted at the Barolo and Barbaresco World Opening Tasting Event in NYC. This is the first vintage of this produced. It is traditional styled with a 28 day maceration and aging all in 250HL Slavonian oak casks. Nicely structured for cellar aging with both ripe tannins and bright acidity. Roses, anise, cherry and charcoal highlight the flavors and aromas with a very long finish. Impressive initial bottling .
