June 4, 2023 - Was a bit tight to begin with. But was fabulous with hearty & rustic Spanish tapas. Delicious. Need to buy more.

January 29, 2023 - Fabulous. Juicy and exuberant as noted below, with notes of pomegranate and red raspberry. Quite a bit of weight in the body. Still a bit lactic but this was well enjoyed by our table.
