November 28, 2020 - This is drinking perfectly. Showing the lighter possibilities of Cali Pinot. Was considering opening a magnum but this suggests a bit more time in order. Good to go from 750

February 6, 2017 - Subsequent notes on this wine from three years ago. Medium-deep ruby red in color with ever-so-slight clearing at the edges. Full, forward & attractive nose of complex, ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries and blueberries with overtones floral notes of violets & lavender & spices notes of nutmeg & cloves, floral notes, earthy, herbs, minerals, cherry-cola & some vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured complex, ripe fruit flavors of tart Bing cherries, strawberries & plums with spices, herbs, earthy, cherry cola, minerals & a bit of vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & at 12 years of age is either at or quite close to its peak of development.

April 7, 2014 - Takes time to open up and show... But is very nice once it does. Clean and earthy at once with fruit still present and very polished tannins. Elegant.
