January 22, 2024 - Still young rich and supple. Should gain complexity with additional aging.

February 20, 2023 - Still a bit young with additional maturity potential. Decant to enjoy today, better now day 2-3.

December 11, 2022 - Drinking very well with ample opportunity to continue to improve with more time in the bottle

June 13, 2021 - The Grenache is very forward on the nose and palate with this CdP blend. Fruity nose with a palate of strawberry, rhubarb and boysenberry. There is a very jammy richness that becomes sour as it persists. A fresh black pepper flavor dominates the flavor profile, but is offset well by the fruit. High alcohol wine, but well integrated. Leave this in the cellar too long and the fruit will subside, allowing the black pepper to dominate. This is a drink now wine. Medium tannins and medium plus acidity. Nice balanced structure. Rather simple taste profile, without much complexity. A medium length bitter finish. Decent value in a rather simple, but pleasant CdP.
