November 26, 2013 - this took 1.5 hours to come around. very drying and tannic at first and after some time like magic the fruit came back.

March 6, 2011 - Popped and poured. I little bricking on the edges. Tasted lots of earthiness with some red fruit drinking well now. Came together into a beautiful wine over 2 hours.
