January 10, 2016 - Drukket i tre seanser over 2 mnd med coravin. Siste gangen dekantert og luftet et par timer i karaffel. Lang og intakt kork. Mursteinsrød. Klar(når dekantert, ellers en del bunnfall.) Fortsatt noe frukt. Mørke kirsebær. Roser, tjære, litt balsamisk. Syrlig anslag. Litt midne kirsebær, Skogbunn. Medium minus fylde, medium konsentrasjon. Avslepne men fortsatt tilstedeværende taniner. Litt tørr, middels lang ettersmak. Fortsatt høyst i live men nok pp tur ned. 90p

January 18, 2015 - Deep brick red. Decanted 1 hour. Typical nose with tar and roses. Some sweet cherries and balsamic undertones. On the palate it shows sour red berries and fully resolved tannins. Elegant and mature. A little hollow on the mid-palate and a medium finish, slightly drying out. Drink now - 2017.

October 19, 2013 - In neck fill and a perfect long cork that came out in one piece. Aired several hours in bottle before consume. Even needed a couple of hours in a wide decanter. Pale red color, slightly brown on the rim. Classic notes of tar and roses. Even some dark cherries. Still fruity on the palate, but lacking a bit of acidity. A bit hot and ripe fruit (typical for the vintage) and medium length. Overall a good wine, but expected a bit more from this estate. Wonderful with oxtails.
