April 30, 2024 - This is showing very nicely especially a few hours after opening. A pronounced petrol aroma reminiscent of Riesling (TDN), and on the palate a strong presence of phenolic grip, citrus, tropical fruit and minerality. High racy acidity, 13.5% ABV, medium + bodied. An ambitious effort for dry Furmint.

January 23, 2024 - Uncorked over dinner. Much appreciated wine - balanced acidity and long finish. Waxy, citrus nose and flavors. Serve cold.

September 20, 2023 - This wine evolves relatively quickly and never ceases to amaze me. Great, sleek medium body, just the perfect amount of acidity. Showing delicious notes of vilet from bottle aging. My favorite to drink with mediterranean spiced foods.

September 3, 2023 - Delightful - minerality, green acidity, like a Gruner but with substantially more body and complexity. A delightful match with fried chicken.

July 18, 2023 - not liked by all with it's earthy more 'thick' complexity but this was ok by me

Well rounded, a little less acidic, drinking well.

May 6, 2023 - Light shiny yellow. Stone fruits, yellow fruits and smoked gouda. Reminiscent of a traditional sweet Tokaji except without the sweetness and viscosity. Brut and refreshing. Not much complexity, hollow mid-palate, and short finish. But nonetheless a delicious day time beverage when chilled.

February 5, 2023 - Medium acidity, some herbal notes. Finish is a bit short and soapy. I doubt this will improve further.
