  January 30, 2021 - As the ‘extra brut’ on the label implies, does not have the rs of the usual Paul Dethune bottling and comes across quite acidic. As another reviewer noted, very pure flavor profile and indeed a nice champagne. Personally, I think it would be more enjoyable with food, like squeezing lemons over a seafood dish! We will save our last bottle for a meal that requires an acid driven champagne.

  January 16, 2021 - Base 2014. Dag: June 2020
  Green-yellow apples, citrus, chalk, seashells and stone dust. It continues with some toast, yellow stone fruits and some summer flowers. Nuanced and with a little air and warmth come red berries and biscuits. Medium+ length.

  June 6, 2020 - Fredagsbubbel, men fick ett glas över till lördagen oxå.
  
  Som vanligt väldigt gott. Kraftig smak av röda äpplen dag 1, inte fullt lika dominant dag 2. Lite sköna mogmadstoner träder istället fram på slutet.
