  January 8, 2023 - Eucalyptus, maraschino cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper on the nose — pretty expressive on the nose. The palate is smooth, with ripe berries, followed up by the eucalyptus and more herbal notes. A little slick on the palate and warming on the throat, not a ton of acid — but it’s still very good and feels balanced. Very enjoyable, and feels unique.

  October 15, 2022 - PnP. Nose of peppered beef, black fruit, and boysenberry. Rustic blackberry and tart unripe blueberry form he palate, with wisps of lavender, black peppercorns, acidity, and minerals. Spicy finish shows supple tannins paired with lightly sour berry, mace, cola, and light earthy and dust. Balanced, even with the unripe characteristics.

  August 29, 2021 - I love this wine. Juicy acidity, smoky, violets, licorice, pepper, eucalyptus, dark fruits, but this wine is all about savoriness.
  I heard the ‘19’s will be the last of Enz for Bedrock. Still have 2 more 18’s and some 19’s on the way. May sit on the rest for a bit.
