February 24, 2020 - Pale ruby, high tone acacia floral, overripe strawberry, white pepper, sweet spices such as vanilla and hint of toast from oak. Light body with refreshing acidity, reasonable concentration of hawthorn, dried cherries, sweet and pungent spices. Clean and fresh. Drink now.
