August 20, 2020 - Dark, savory, smoky, bay leaf, super interesting. With a few hours of air the fruit turns redder and this shows more classic cabernet notes, not at all oaky. Densely structured without being astringent. Brilliant wine - I immediately ran out and bought more for the cellar. This and Beta are what I'm looking for in new California cabernet.
