November 25, 2023 - Vibrant pale yellow in color. Green apple tint. Crisp with medium tannins. Very well structured. Melon and pear.

March 12, 2023 - Clear, pale yellow gold in the glass. Hints of fresh cut grass, peach, crisp apple, lemongrass and citrus. Extremely bright with medium acidity. What I loved most was the creamy texture for a SB and the luscious long finish that lingers. Front to back, this had marvelous balance. Drinking well now but no rush. Enjoyed with miso marinated cod.

March 10, 2023 - Gorgeous Sauvignon Blanc. Nailed the texture. Floral and citrus notes mingle in the glass and on the nose. Acidity is spot on.
