June 27, 2021 - Mag Dinner 2021 (Il Giallo, Sandy Springs, GA): From 750mL; lots of sweet fruit evident on nose and follows through to the palate, candied green apple- almost Jolly Rancher-esque, for how generous this seems initially the wine tightens up and shows impressive yet caressing verve and elegant flinty minerality, really pure; still very young and should be given 3-5 years more.

June 21, 2021 - Flint and mineral on the nose with some ripe fruit. Couldn’t pin down which. A tiny bit of lemon peel and great structure and acidity that is extremely satisfying.

June 3, 2021 - Wonderful Chablis. More of a fruit character than mineral but incredibly satisfying.

March 17, 2021 - More snap and crackle even in this vintage than other Chablis tasted as of late, with midpalate depth. Good purity, minerality and fruit expression. Ends saline with a long, minerally finish. Good body vs. the freshness as well. Should age quite well. 92ish? Will try again in a little while.

February 22, 2021 - Slight flint on the nose and a bit of ripe fruit. Palate has nice minerality, pears and citrus. Good acidity. Buy more
