April 15, 2024 - Complex sour cherry, earthy, lifted orange peel. It has a pact of everything, delicious to drink now, but I feel it develops a little fast than expected, comparing with other Barbaresco I had before, such as PdB. Might be an awkward batch or not well stored, as the other 2 bottles of 2019 Pajore from the same shipment was also tricky (one is obviously oxidized, the other is better but still matures faster than expected).

December 27, 2023 - Very nice Barbaresco. Lightish red colour, complex nose with ripe red fruit, rose petals, cinnamon, balsamic and creosote. Ditto taste with a good whack of soft tannin, enjoyable now but with a lot of future ahead. Very long finish. Excellent. Diam30 cork, so no worries.

A ripe and warm nose to start with, and some oak and herbs too. It got more perfumed later on. It has ripe and clean fruit and an intense mid palate with a chalky finish. Good potential. 93+

May 31, 2023 - Consistent with other years. Approachable and juicy from the start (bubble gum). Edges of mineral, truffle, and herb. Acidic but very balanced. Probably best in ten years.

January 2, 2023 - This truly is stellar Barbaresco. Goodness gracious I could drink this on and on and on. Had with a homemade, grilled margarita pizza. The basil, tomato sauce and cheese treated this wine like it was its long lost brother/sister. Spectacular.

October 30, 2022 - The bouquet offers some violets, red berries and some blood orange. Overall it’s rather light from an aromatic perspective. The palate offers intense tannins and medium length. Overall I had better vintages before.

The wine shows high intensity, earthy, full spicy, red cherries, alcohol heat, a few vegetal notes, palate showing red cherries, red currants, caramel notes, licorice, herb, tomato notes, drying tannins, aggressive, notes, long finish
Years before getting pleasant to drink

November 21, 2021 - It may be a year or two early to open up, but I've waited long enough. This is very delicious Barbaresco.

October 31, 2021 - Fine single vineyard barbaresco but I must say I simply don’t understand the reason why this has to cost almost twice the price compared to other single vineyard barberescos…
