June 18, 2022 - Dark, but clear cherry red. Vanilla, carmel cherry nose. Flavors are the same as the nose, with some blueberry at the finish. Several layers of flavor. Some subtle baking spices. I loved this wine! It went great with grilled salmon marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and rosemary.

March 3, 2022 - Dark fruit, creme de cassis, and herbs fill the nose. Touches of vanilla and oak. Well rounded, smooth, almost voluptuous, with baking spices pushing through the full-bodied finish.

December 4, 2021 - Vanilla and oak are the predominate aromas. There is a little cherry there, but it's light. Extreme legs in the glass made me double check the ABV of 14.5%. Palate matches the aromas. Slightly chilled the alcohol integrates better into the wine. The vanilla finish is very long.

November 26, 2021 - Light structure low tannin, a bit of alcohols heat in the nose.
