December 8, 2023 - Deep purple/ black
Heavy oak on the nose with musty attic some subtle black fruit and bell pepper
Bold and spicy with jammy black fruit, light flavor of tobacco, and tea leaves
Fresh undertones with strong acidity and gripping tannins. Tight before decanting but later reveals its complexity

June 22, 2021 - With some gravel notes on the nose. Dark chocolate on the nose with a little bit of blue fruit trying to eke on through. On the palate a little bit thinner than expected, doesn't seem to fit the rest of the line, but maybe that is Franc coming through the wine making style.
