  October 6, 2023 - 100% Lambrusco Salamino; but not from Emilia-Romagna. From Mantova, in Lombardia.
  
  Dirt/earth, meaty mushrooms, black truffle, morning dew, allspice, caradmom and palo salto/church incense on the nose. Just a hint of ripe blackcurrants and black cherries. Maybe the most fruit backward Lambrusco I have ever smelled. Herba, spicy and fresh. Nice medium + intensity of aromas. The palate is a bit fruitier - the ripe black cherries and black currants come into focus. Medium + intensity of flavors too.
  
  Medium body with medium - acid and medium - tannins. Chill and drink now.

  Love the bubbles, love the earth, and its dryness was very deliciously endearing.

  September 5, 2021 - A chewy Lambrusco - so much viscosity I thought it could be “roped.” I’m still not sure. Dark red and purple fruits and still very drinkable.

  March 24, 2021 - Russk. Bought in Stowe at Dedalas Wine shop. $23. Possibly the best Lambrusco I have had in the states. Some forrest floor. Fam liked it too. Wish i had a 6 pack.
