Community Tasting Notes 1

December 10, 2019 - The Bourgogne Rouge is a blend of 2 parcels, one from Chambolle Musigny with 55 year old vines and the other in Morey Saint Denis with 29 year old in La Gouzotte. 50-60% whole cluster with 20% new oak. Some reduction. Rich and concentrated dark cherries. Lifted nose with juicy red fruits and high acidity. (83+/100)
