December 22, 2020 - Cellaraid Discovery Box; 5/19/2017-5/26/2021 (Delivered to Home): Medium garnet, with a nose of mint, red cherry, herbs, and some roses. Tannins all resolved, whilst somewhat light-bodied, with cherry flavours, minty as well as savoury herbs, and a hint of tar at the finish. Somewhat simple at the back though, perhaps owing to age

December 8, 2020 - For a bourgogne rouge, this is simply sublime. Medium dark. Gentle waves of ripe red fruit, mild tannins, mild oak, velvet feel on the palate, and long, rich finish. Could easily age, but young, vibrant and delicious now.
