  May 28, 2021 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Fruit” day): Pale bright ruby with purplish hues.
  
  Very herbal and nicely sous bois. Very subtle red berry fruits at the back end.
  
  Saline minerality. Very precise and nicely detailed on palate.
  
  94 points easy.

  February 7, 2020 - First bottle from OC. Pnp and drank over 2h. Transparent garnet with clear rim. Very aromatic nose, plenty of wood spices. Equally intense attack, round and rich but not overdone in my eyes. The mid palate does not hold up entirely, round but does not show the concentration one would expect. Tannins entirely integrated. Would love to see either more concentration to match the nose and attack (even if big and concentrated is clearly not my preferred style of pinot), or then more delineation on the mid palate. Medium finish which shows more acidity than the attack.
  No harm in opening now, and will be certainly fine in the mid-term but the indicated drinking window here (based on Burghound I guess) seems a bit far out (2024-2033). Only 510 bottles produced.

  February 22, 2015 - BORGOGNA 2015; 2/22/2015-3/22/2015: Tasting at the Domaine. 0% diraspato
  Naso più fruttato, morbido e sferico. Bocca più matura, più adulta e giù equilibrata. Tannino dei vinaccioli e parte vegetali dei raspi in evidenza.
  Molto buono e gustoso, masticabile e corposo, con grande sapidità e legno ancora sensibile.
