March 1, 2024 - This is the wine that Corbières dreams of being, with a solid backbone of Carignan, but also rich with blue fruit and tertiary flavors. I even caught a little motor oil in the mix, which oddly enough, was somehow a plus. It's a satisfying rendition of a "baby Musar."

Cellartracker had a drinking window for this vintage set to 2020-2023. Far from being over the hill, I'd say that it's still on the near end of its drinking window. I entered a new end date of 2027, but think it would likely last longer.

October 28, 2023 - D+0h: medium deposit in the filter, deposit spray in the bottle, smells of blackberry and violets D+4h: purple red colour, smells of currant, blackberry, violets and dark chocolate, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth currant, blackberry, violets, a little bit of dark chocolate and acidity, in the aftertaste currant, dark chocolate, raspberry and acidity, good length (30 sec), really great and complex red wine.

October 9, 2023 - Rich and Rhoney nose, berries, leather, dry herb, garrigue, green twigs, some acetone (in a good way!). Beautiful tart cranberry on the palate, but also decidedly easy drinking, and a wine that improves more the longer I sip.

July 3, 2023 - A little chalky, dense and unrefined. Was hoping to like this more based on my love of Musar.
Maybe would have been better young.

June 17, 2023 - Tight and tannic straight away, fruity nose. Cherry and bell pepper on the palette, after 20 minutes or so moving to savory notes of plum, olive with woody and herbaceous undertones. Tannins partially mellowed after two hours but were still relatively strong. Mid weight on the palette with wonderfully long finish.
