September 19, 2023 - A bit soft on day one, day 2 it was a keeper. Was more flavorful, deeper and acidity was more pronounced.

September 6, 2023 - Still drinking well, but with added weight and maturity with another year in the cellar. Musky cherry color with pink meniscus. Voluptuous, satiny sour cherry, cardamon, mushroom and cinnamon on the nose. Slightly boozy at this point, but not in a bad way. Macerated cherry, sour cherry, cherry liquore dominate the palate, but also notes of sandalwood and cinnamon through to the finish. Medium weight, longish finish. Excellent.
