January 19, 2023 - Fine and agreable mousse. Ripe aromas with fruit in direction of Granny Smith apples, in addition to bisquits, cinnamon and a little autolysis. Ripe and delicate mouth feeling with good acidity and a quite pronounced mineral and salty character.

January 19, 2023 - Champagne Bookclub (served blind)--Rob (Water Grill in Costa Mesa): Served blind. This got high marks around the table, including me. 80 Pinot Noir / 20 Chard. The red fruit quality of this wine really shines through. Strawberry mainly, joined by some bruised apple, stone fruit (what seemed like a mix of peach/nectarine) and a nice stony quality. Notable density and concentration, this showed well.

December 15, 2022 - Dette blir bedre og bedre, frisk, dyp med livlig mousse, god syre og lang lengde. Gul på farge med aromaer som appelsin, aprikos og mandler/marsipan. Nydelig fylde og flott smakskurve. Beste flaske til nå!
